Academy Inventories was set up by me, Suzanne Cooper, after many years of letting my own small portfolio of properties. I compiled my own inventories from the outset, but I had to learn from my mistakes in the early days.

My AIIC training enables me to use my experience and new knowledge to provide a professional service.

Having been a police officer from 1990 to 2006, I have an eye for detail, observational skills, and the ability to accurately record what I have seen. Naturally, with my previous experience, I am able to back up my inventory reports with confidence in court.

Whilst I carry out all property inspections personally, the documents may be dictated to my audio typist Margaret, who has many years of experience and excellent secretarial skills.
